Job summary

ConcordRENTS in Port Saint Lucie, FL, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and uphold our safety, quality, and curb-appeal standards across apartment communities.

The role requires strong trades knowledge (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing), EPA and CPO certifications, and 5+ years’ experience; English fluency is essential for safety and productivity. You will plan preventive maintenance, supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) required or obtainable within six months.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Works from policies, schedules, service requests and warranties.
• Interviews, selects, trains, and supervises Maintenance staff.
• Maintains safety, quality standards, and documentation.
• Schedules maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Tracks service requests and investigates past-due issues in the system.
• Coordinates with vendors/contractors; monitors inventory and supplies.
• Responds to service requests and maintains pools, grounds, and common areas.
