Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family residential community. You will lead a maintenance team, schedule daily work, and ensure safety and high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, conducting safety inspections, and managing preventive maintenance and turn projects, while staying within budget and upholding WBPC standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding and diagnosing basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, vendors, residents; able to convey direction clearly.
• Proficient with small hand and electrical tools; basic electrical, carpentry, painting, repairs.
• Basic computer skills; able to operate mobile devices and PC.
• Valid driver’s license; able to operate a vehicle.
• Available for regular on-call work, emergencies, off-hours and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property maintenance operations for a multi-family community.
• Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance staff daily; oversee turns and repairs.
• Hire, train and develop maintenance staff; ensure safety policies.
• Communicate effectively within team; participate in meetings and safety sessions.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct safety inspections; ensure OSHA compliance and safe handling of chemicals/equipment.
• Apply preventive care and timely repairs to protect property assets.
• Monitor budget, procure supplies, and manage inventory efficiently.
