Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily properties. You will oversee maintenance, ensure quality move-in, and deliver excellent resident service. You will respond to service requests and manage a range of trades to maintain property standards.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. On-call duties and knowledge of safety codes are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or vocational training required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 – Type II or equivalent certification.
• CPO certification (if required by city/state).
• Knowledge of housing codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Attend trainings and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• On-call emergency response as required.
