Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee maintenance across at least one Arizona community, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems. You will lead a team, coordinate vendor work, and ensure safe, high-quality maintenance and move-in readiness.

The role requires 3–5+ years in multifamily maintenance management, strong leadership, and excellent communication with residents and leasing teams.

Qualifications

• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal required; CAMT/ CPO preferred in some portfolios.
• Experience in MF maintenance management with strong leadership and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for at least one community ensuring service standards and resident satisfaction.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Develop maintenance staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and ensure timely repairs.
• Direct unit turn scheduling to minimize vacancy days and ensure move-in readiness.
