Job summary

MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a Phoenix area property. You will coordinate repairs, manage a staff, and ensure facilities and apartment homes meet standards.

This role emphasizes safety, service to residents, and driving occupancy through timely, quality maintenance. Experience in multifamily property maintenance and HVAC is valued.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required for multifamily properties.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• One to three years of Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment units.
• Prompt and courteous responses to service requests.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing assigned maintenance staff including painters and/or landscaping staff.
• Ensure market-ready apartments meet leasing demand and property appearance standards.
