Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance across at least one apartment community, driving service quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. You will manage staff, vendors, and preventive maintenance programs while ensuring move-in readiness and budget adherence.

The role requires multifamily maintenance leadership, HVAC/plumbing/electrical proficiency, EPA certification, and a focus on safety. Strong communication with residents and leasing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in maintenance management for multifamily properties.
• EPA certifications required; CPO preferred for some portfolios.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and safety compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across at least one property to ensure high service standards.
• Supervise daily tasks including service requests, PMs, and emergencies.
• Develop maintenance staff through coaching and performance feedback.
