Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance across at least one apartment community, focusing on hands-on leadership, vendor oversight, and team development to ensure high-quality service and property readiness.

Responsibilities include scheduling, preventive maintenance, unit turns, safety compliance, and budget-conscious operations, with EPA/CPO certified leadership preferred. Excellent communication with residents and leasing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in multifamily maintenance management.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal; CPO preferred.
• Proven leadership, vendor management, and safety compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance ops across at least one community with high service standards.
• Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate daily maintenance and emergencies.
• Develop maintenance staff and mentor team members.
• Oversee vendors, negotiate service agreements, monitor quality.
• Direct unit turns to minimize vacancy days and ensure move-in readiness.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
