Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Tempe, AZ seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician, Multifamily, to support the Property Manager and ensure premier resident service, from move-ins to ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities include making ready apartments, maintaining building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry), supervising staff and contractors, responding to resident requests, and upholding safety procedures while keeping grounds and amenities in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
• Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Ability to supervise vendors and coordinate inspections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with repairs and cleaning.
• Maintain building systems and grounds.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with inspections and safety procedures.
