Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Phoenix. You will lead maintenance tasks, prepare market-ready apartments, respond to resident service requests, and ensure reliable, high-quality service to residents.

This on-site role covers plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and general repairs; on-call emergencies; compliance with housing laws; and collaboration with property management to control costs and maintain safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, trade/tech/vocational schooling preferred.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required where applicable.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience in multifamily settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments (painting, cleaning, repairs).
• Respond to resident service requests and on-call emergencies.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
