Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for multifamily communities in Tempe. You will oversee operations, lead on-site teams, and drive leasing and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills with a focus on delivering market-ready communities and superior service. Occasional travel and office-based work are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents to increase renewals and profitability.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing on-site team.
• Manage the community budget and finances.
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
