Camber Real Estate Solutions, a subsidiary of Clark Construction Group, is seeking a Senior Development Manager for multifamily development at our McLean, VA office. You will drive early-stage project success from concept through site selection, feasibility, and entitlements.

You will lead design and financial analyses, coordinate with AHJs, and guide the project to a derisked, permitted asset ready for construction handoff.

Qualificações

• 8–10+ years of progressive real estate development experience, including entitlements and site approvals.
• Deep understanding of multifamily financing mechanisms and P3 structures.
• Ability to translate constraints and economics into strategic municipal decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or Architecture; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-construction evaluations for high-density workforce housing sites, including site layout, infrastructure, and subsidies.
• Develop pro formas and budgets balancing yield targets with incentives and tax abatements.
• Navigate AHJs to secure zoning changes, permits, density bonuses, and public incentives; lead community outreach.
• Oversee schematic design, target value design, and unit mix optimization to maximize density and efficiency.
• Oversee bidding and value engineering; coordinate handoff to construction and asset management.
