CLMI Group is seeking a Project Manager – Multifamily Development (Design & Construction) to lead design coordination and construction delivery for assigned multifamily projects in Southern California. You will manage the design consultant team, the general contractor, and the overall budget and schedule, serving as the primary accountability for scope, cost, and quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of full-time experience managing design/construction of multifamily projects.
• Experience leading design consultants and coordinating with GCs to meet budget and schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project management for multifamily developments from schematic design through occupancy.
• Coordinate design consultants, GC and project teams to meet budget, schedule and entitlement requirements.
• Direct entitlement and permitting with local planning/building departments, including plan checks and environmental review as applicable.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cash flow projections and cost estimates across design and construction phases.
• Monitor and update the master project schedule, aligning design, permitting, procurement, and construction milestones.
• Lead procurement, RFP development, evaluation, and contract negotiations with vendors.
• Oversee construction administration, including QA/QC, safety compliance, sub coordinating, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate unit mix, amenity programming, and finishes with ownership/development team to meet market requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Title 24 energy standards, CALGreen, ADA/Fair Housing, and applicable codes.
