Job summary

Camber Real Estate Solutions, a subsidiary of Clark Construction Group, is seeking a Senior Development Manager for multifamily projects in McLean, VA. You will drive early-stage development from concept through entitlements, density planning, and public partnerships.

Responsibilities include due diligence, pro forma underwritings, and coordinating with AHJs, with a focus on high-density workforce housing. A strong background in finance and zoning is essential.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of progressive real estate development experience with multifamily entitlements and financing.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate engineering constraints into strategic decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or Architecture; MS/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction evaluations for high-density workforce housing sites and assess subsidies and zoning overlays.
• Perform rigorous financial feasibility analyses and build pro formas and budgets.
• Navigate AHJs to secure zoning changes, density bonuses, and public incentives; lead community outreach and hearings.
