Job summary

Northwood Ravin, LLC. is seeking a Development Manager to lead multifamily development projects across the full lifecycle, from feasibility to stabilization.

You will own project strategy, financial performance, design, entitlements and construction execution while coordinating with senior leadership and external partners. You will drive underwriting, budgeting, and schedules, manage consultants, and ensure alignment with the business plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in real estate development, managing complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily development projects from due diligence through design, construction, lease up and stabilization.
• Own project business plans, budgets, schedules, financial performance and milestones.
• Lead underwriting, financing, projected returns and overall feasibility.
• Direct architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys and consultants while ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality.
