Job summary

Northwood Ravin is seeking a Development Manager to lead multifamily development projects from feasibility through stabilization. You will own project business plans, budgets, and financial performance while coordinating architects, engineers, attorneys, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

You will work with senior leadership across Construction, Finance, Asset Management, Marketing, and Operations to align development objectives with long-term asset performance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in real estate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• MBA or Master of Real Estate Development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily development projects through the full development lifecycle.
• Own project business plans, budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Direct architects, engineers, attorneys, and consultants while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead entitlement, permitting, design, and preconstruction strategies.
• Oversee construction performance, including cost management and risk mitigation.
• Present development strategy and financial performance to senior leadership.
