Job summary

Northwood Ravin, LLC. seeks a Development Manager to lead multifamily development projects from feasibility through stabilization.

You will own business plans, budgets and schedules, evaluate costs and financing, and drive entitlement, design and preconstruction efforts while coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and consultants. You will partner with senior leadership across Construction, Finance, Asset Management, Property Management, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in real estate development across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in underwriting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and project feasibility.
• Experience managing architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys, consultants and other external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily development projects from due diligence through design, construction, lease up and stabilization.
• Own project business plans, budgets, schedules, financial performance and key milestones.
• Lead underwriting, evaluate costs, financing, returns and overall feasibility.
• Direct architects, engineers, attorneys and consultants while ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Drive entitlement, permitting, design and preconstruction strategies.
• Oversee construction performance, cost management, schedules, change orders and risk mitigation.
• Present financial performance and development strategy to senior leadership and investment stakeholders.
• Partner across Construction, Finance, Asset Management, Property Management, Marketing and Operations.
