Job summary

The Ravin Group is seeking a seasoned multifamily development professional to oversee projects from site selection to construction handoff. Responsibilities include due diligence, budgeting, financing, and regulatory approvals to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 2–6+ years in residential development, strong pro forma and financial modelling capabilities, and excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction, or Urban Planning preferred.
• 2–6+ years in residential or multifamily real estate development.
• Strong skills in multifamily pro formas and financial modeling.
• Experience with zoning, entitlements, and residential land-use regulations.
• Familiarity with LIHTC or affordable housing funding programs.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate housing sites through market research and financial assessments.
• Manage due diligence including environmental, survey, and engineering studies.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and multifamily pro formas.
• Secure project financing through debt, equity, grants, and funding applications.
• Navigate zoning, entitlements, and permitting processes.
• Coordinate design teams with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor risk from pre-development to closing.
• Create executive reports for leadership, investors, and partners.
• Facilitate smooth handoffs to construction and operations teams at closing.
