The role requires 3+ years in real estate development or related fields, strong financial modeling, and proficiency with Excel and ARGUS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate development, finance, construction, or related field; multifamily preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, budgeting, and due diligence skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ARGUS and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support site selection, due diligence, and market research.
• Maintain financial models, underwriting, budgeting, and debt/equity analyses.
• Coordinate permitting, design approvals, and consultant activities across teams.
• Track project milestones, costs, and construction draws while ensuring compliance.
