Job summary

Brinkmann Constructors seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction efforts across multiple locations. You will manage field personnel, enforce safety protocols, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years as lead superintendent on large, complex projects, with strong leadership, communication, and proficiency in ProCore, P6, and MS Office. Travel and outdoor work are involved.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as lead superintendent on ground-up projects over $100M in diverse markets.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
• Proven ability to implement safety protocols on active construction sites.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ProCore, P6, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards and conduct weekly safety inspections and audits.
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to plans and specs.
• Coordinate and manage site activities, resources, and subcontractors.
• Maintain documentation, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Develop and adjust schedules to meet critical milestones and budget targets.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress with stakeholders.
