Zusammenfassung

MPI is seeking a Superintendent in Dayton to lead on-site management for a multifamily project portfolio. You will partner with the Project Manager to develop and maintain schedules, supervise subcontractors, and ensure quality across all on-site activities.

Qualified candidates have 3–15 years in construction, MF experience, and a Construction Management degree is preferred. This permanent role offers a competitive package and growth toward senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 3–15 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience in Multifamily, Podium Deck, or Post-Tension preferred.
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Create, update, and manage project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Supervise all on-site subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
• Mediate subcontractor/supplier and staff issues.
• Oversee field construction processes and coordinate inspections.
• Report deficiencies and delays to the Project Manager.
• Conduct walk-through inspections with local inspectors.
