Job summary

Brinkman Construction Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects and multiple pursuits from start to finish. You will guide project teams, manage budgets, and drive key deliverables with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in a lead role with diverse ground-up projects (Medical, Manufacturing, General Commercial, Industrial, Multifamily).
• Lead experience with project size of $50M+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and provide a safe space for concerns and needs.
• Lead multiple project teams and drive delivery across all phases.
• Develop and maintain client, broker, and vendor relationships to generate opportunities.
• Oversee preconstruction activities, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
• Review contracts and guide negotiations with owners and subcontractors.
• Ensure project budgets, scope, schedule, and quality are achieved.
• Recruit and manage staffing to support projects and strategic plans.
