Job summary

NRP Investments LLC seeks a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site activities for residential multi-family projects. You will manage sequencing, safety, schedules and quality to meet contract requirements and occupancy targets.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field and a minimum of five years’ experience. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project is expected, as well as strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects with stable employment history.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes required.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and staging of materials.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design and project commitments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, owners and municipal agencies as required.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and quality assurance procedures are implemented.
