Job summary

NRP Investments LLC in Maryland is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site construction of multi-family residential complexes, ensuring work complies with design, schedule, and quality standards.

You will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors, obtain permits, monitor safety, and prepare progress reports, while maintaining clear communication with the project team and municipal authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Strong knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project; solid written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities for residential complexes.
• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and quality assurance procedures are implemented.
• Review project scope, drawings and specifications; provide technical direction to subcontractors.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation; maintain compliance with contract documents.
