Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead day-to-day construction activities on multi-family projects in Maryland. You will supervise field personnel and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance, and report to the Project Manager and executive team.

Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills are essential. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in concrete, wood framing, and MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in multi-family, wood framing, structural concrete, construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities to meet project milestones and completion dates.
• Create short-interval look-ahead schedules and ensure upcoming events are communicated and tracked.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness at the jobsite and document inspections.
• Coordinate with project staff, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and engineers.
• Manage punch lists and project closeout; review submittals and RFIs for timely responses.
• Attend jobsite meetings and report delays with proposed solutions.
