Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site construction of residential multifamily communities. under the direction of the Project Manager of Construction, you will coordinate field operations, scheduling, safety, and quality control to meet project milestones.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction or Civil related field and at least 5 years of multifamily construction management experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field (preferred or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction of multi-family projects.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and staging of materials.
• Prepare project updates and related administrative duties.
• Supervise on-site construction to meet design, project commitments, and quality standards.
• Coordinate deliveries and material staging for safe, clean work environments.
• Ensure safety protocols and project procedures are followed.
