Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field.
• Minimum of 5 years managing construction of multi-family projects.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to plan and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Organize field operations and coordinate on-site activities for residential projects.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance per contract documents.
• Supervise on-site construction and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain progress reports and project documentation with accurate records.
