Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise all on-site activities for residential construction. The role reports to the Project Manager of Construction and ensures compliance with contract documents, safety, and scheduling commitments.

Essential duties include organizing field operations sequencing, preparing project updates, and maintaining professional communication with subcontractors, owners, and municipal agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and staging of materials.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards met.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to maintain design integrity and project commitments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, owners and vendors as required.
