Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. Under the direction of the Project Executive, you will drive budget management, buyout scheduling, contract negotiations, and subcontractor selection to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil fields and at least 5+ years of multifamily or wood-frame construction experience, with strong proficiency in Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of multifamily or wood-frame construction experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with Timberline/Bluebeam/Onscreen Takeoff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, buyout scheduling, and cost control.
• Coordinate subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.
• Ensure schedule adherence and submit monthly progress updates.
• Oversee quality compliance with project documents and inspections.
• Maintain project documentation for meetings and client communications.
