Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily project management in SE Florida.
• Experience with General Contractors and Type 1 concrete structures.
• OSHA 30 hour training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project planning and buyout scheduling.
• Negotiate contracts and subcontractor selection.
• Ensure project compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain project budgets and produce cost projections.
• Communicate daily with project teams to resolve issues.
