Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects under the direction of the Project Executive. You will oversee planning, budgeting, buyout scheduling, contract negotiations, and subcontractor selection to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field and 5+ years of SE Florida multifamily experience; proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook and familiarity with Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field is required.
• 5+ years of multifamily construction experience in SE Florida.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook; Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, cost control, and buyout scheduling for projects.
• Contract negotiations and procurement management with subs and vendors.
• Prepare and review project budgets, scopes, and monthly draws.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with project documents.
• Coordinate with project team and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
