Job summary

NRPGroup, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead overall project planning, budget management, and subcontractor coordination under the Project Executive/VP of Construction. You will ensure compliance with quality standards and optimize resource utilization for cost-effective construction.

Responsibilities include bid solicitation, budget tracking, and change management, with emphasis on timely procurement and close collaboration with field teams to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Budget: review contract documents for cost-effective building practices and constructability.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist estimating with bids; review bids and consult with Senior Management before award.
• Assist in generating and reviewing project budgets in preconstruction.
• Establish and maintain buyout schedule and track cost changes.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review invoices for accuracy; monitor payment progress and monthly draw packages.
