Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large multifamily projects with a broad skill set in scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and client relations. The candidate will read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules to drive project success.

The role requires 7 years of PM experience in large projects, preferably multifamily, with strong communication and leadership abilities. OSHA 30 and Procore experience are preferred within a dynamic, benefits-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred 4-year degree in an accredited construction curriculum (BSCE/BS CM/BS AE) or equivalent experience.
• 7 years’ experience as Project Manager overseeing large Multifamily projects.
• Demonstrated competency in scheduling, procurement, budget/cost control, financial reporting, client relationships, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large Multifamily projects as Project Manager.
• Read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and schedules.
