Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing ground-up commercial or multifamily projects.
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Experience overseeing subcontractors and field operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, schedules and cost controls.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals and change orders.
- Lead project meetings and maintain project reporting.
- Coordinate with owners, architects and engineers.
- Ensure jobsite safety compliance and quality control.
- Manage multiple priorities across active projects.
