Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an established general contractor in California. You will own projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and project teams on ground-up multifamily and mixed-use builds.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction project management experience, a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, OSHA 10, and strong estimating/scheduling skills. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ground-up multifamily or mixed-use construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Experience with project estimating and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Solid knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with construction/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.
