The ideal candidate has a background in construction management or civil engineering, 3+ years in project engineering/management, and strong communication and organizational skills to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project engineering or management, preferably in multifamily or commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in construction project management software, including scheduling, document control, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: work with the project management team to ensure successful execution of multifamily construction projects.
• Contract Administration: assist in preparation and review of contracts, change orders, and purchase orders; maintain documentation.
• Quality Control: oversee quality assurance to meet codes and project requirements; conduct inspections.
• Budget Management: assist in development and monitoring of project budgets; report discrepancies or potential overruns.
• Procurement and Logistics: support bids from subcontractors and suppliers; coordinate deliveries and logistics.
