Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or architecture is required.
• Experience leading multi-discipline capital projects with risk management.
• Strong communication and coordination with campus stakeholders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital, renovation, infrastructure, and deferred maintenance projects from initiation to closeout.
• Serve as the primary university representative among stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and project management best practices to staff.
