Responsibilities

• Lead bidding, procurement, and contract administration activities.
• Coordinate design professionals, consultants, and contractors; manage scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Mentor junior staff and support standardization of department practices.
• Provide clear communications to leadership and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
