Job summary

Kimmel Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale university construction programs. You will coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver complex facilities on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing client relationships, and mentoring project teams throughout the lifecycle. PMP certification and 8+ years of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing university or institutional projects in the $40M - $60M range is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects for university facilities.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met.
• Manage client relationships with clear communication and satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and efficiency.
• Review contracts, change orders, and invoices and resolve issues.
