Job summary

GAF in Newton, KS is hiring a Multicraft Technician III responsible for safely completing advanced maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. You will fabricate, weld, troubleshoot, and support production uptime while following safety and environmental guidelines.

You will develop and prioritize work orders in MAXIMO, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Operations to improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance/manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with MAXIMO/CMMS Asset Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Develop work orders in MAXIMO CMMS with details and schedules.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and environmental policies.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform lubrication, vibration analysis, infrared thermography and related plans.
• Lead root-cause failure analyses and drive improvements with Operations.
