Job summary

Arby's, Inc. in Atlanta seeks a Senior District Manager to lead a team of District Managers across the market, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence in our restaurant portfolio.

You will build leadership bench strength, ensure adherence to Arby's standards, and partner with the Regional VP of Operations to deliver the market's plan; travel and staff development are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including multi-district oversight.
• Preferred: experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure; prior growth experience with Arby’s or similar brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market, driving sales, profit, and operational excellence.
• Build market calendars, conduct restaurant visits, and coach on performance and brand standards.
• Coach District Managers to improve food safety, product quality, and service speed; ensure audits are completed.
• Recruit and build a talent bench; fill management vacancies and support growth.
• Own attainment of the market's Annual Operating Plan; review financials, KPIs, and performance with DMs.
• Develop Training Restaurants and ensure LEAD program integrity.
• Review District Manager performance and manage compensation adjustments.
• Communicate and implement marketing plans; train on new products.
• Travel regularly within the Atlanta market and support market needs.
