Job summary

Amperesand is hiring for a senior facilities leader to own end-to-end capital projects across multiple sites in the US. The role blends engineering understanding with hands-on execution on manufacturing floors, rigging, utility connections, and infrastructure upgrades.

You will drive electrical distribution, HVAC, and life-safety systems, manage GCs and vendors, and grow the facilities team as the footprint expands, ensuring on-time delivery and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in industrial facilities or related fields.
• Experience delivering capital projects from concept through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure and capital projects end to end: scope, budget, schedule, design, bidding, construction and turnover.
• Manage site expansions and bring-ups from planning through commissioning and move-in.
• Oversee electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, life-safety systems and CMMS programs.
