Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and function. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and managing the make-ready process for vacant units while coordinating with vendors and tracking inventory.

EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; bilingual

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal.
• All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and function.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, and scheduling vendors.
• Manage materials and supplies, track inventory, and communicate needs to maintenance supervisor.
