Job summary

BKF, a multi-service infrastructure consulting firm, seeks a Real Estate & Facilities Manager to support the AVP across 25+ locations in California. You will coordinate office moves, manage day-to-day facility requests, and oversee vendor relationships to keep operations cost-effective and compliant.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in facilities or real estate management, with strong organizational, budgeting, and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of facilities/real estate management in multi-location environments.
• Experience supporting office moves, lease coordination, and vendor management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Financial acumen with invoices and budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with facilities management systems and MS Office.
• Frequent travel to various Orange County locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations for 25+ office locations.
• Serve as primary contact for facility requests (maintenance, space, furniture).
• Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Develop and standardize facility procedures and best practices across offices.
• Source and manage third-party vendors; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
• Review and approve facility invoices; manage operating expenses.
• Assist in developing annual facilities budgets.
• Ensure facilities comply with safety policies.
• Collaborate with AVP and internal teams; report facilities performance.
