Job summary
Software Placement Group in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee market-rate multi-family housing projects. You will own each project from site setup to close-out and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM roles, a 4-year degree, and proficiency with Procore, Word and Excel. Relocation assistance and competitive bonuses are offered in addition to comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in construction with PM experience in multi-family housing.
- 4-year degree with 2–4 years PM experience or equivalent.
- Submit a multi-family project list with your application.
- Procore proficiency and ability to read complex financial/legal documents.
Responsibilities
- Lead cost-effective execution of multi-family developments while managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Develop, maintain and enforce construction schedules.
- Direct on-site personnel and resolve on-site issues.
- Serve as primary contact with owners, design professionals, staff, subcontractors and regulators.
- Act as customer sponsor to ensure client satisfaction and maintain relationships.
