Job summary

Placed is seeking a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager to deliver ground-up, multifamily and affordable housing projects in the Columbus area. The firm is family-founded with 80+ years in business, offering an ESOP and a strong mentorship culture.

You will manage projects upwards of $25M, oversee preconstruction through commissioning, and leverage an in-house team to maintain client relationships across education, retail, and housing markets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ground-up, multifamily and/or affordable housing projects >$25M.
• Senior Project Manager with similar project experience seeking the next step into a PX role.
• Ability to align with a mentorship-focused, people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground-up, multifamily and affordable housing projects upwards of $25M.
• Oversee program/construction management and in-house capabilities to reduce external dependencies.
• Mentor and develop project teams while maintaining strong client relationships.
