Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction with PM experience in multi-family housing.
• 4-year degree; or equivalent education/experience.
• Submit a multi-family project list with your application.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel; ability to learn Procore quickly.
• Strong ability to read financial and legal documents and solve problems independently.
• Independent, self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Drive cost-effective execution of multi-family developments while managing multiple projects.
• Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and enforce comprehensive construction schedules.
• Team & Site Management: Direct on-site personnel, manage daily performance, resolve on-site issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact with owners, design pros, property staff, subcontractors, regulatory agencies and the public.
• Client Relations: Act as a dedicated sponsor to ensure client satisfaction and maintain top-tier relationships.
