Keystone Distinction Group in Columbus, OH seeks a Project Manager for market-rate multi-family housing. You will own projects from site setup to close-out, working autonomously across multiple concurrent developments and maintaining strong client and community relationships.

The role offers ESOP ownership, relocation assistance, a competitive base salary, signing and performance bonuses, and a full benefits package. Local relocation support and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction with PM experience on multi-family housing.
• 4-year degree with 2–4 years PM experience or equivalent combination.
• Submit a multi-family project list with your application.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; able to quickly learn Procore.
• Strong ability to read financial/legal docs, and solve problems.
• Highly motivated self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful, cost-effective execution of multi-family developments while managing multiple projects.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce comprehensive construction schedules.
• Direct on-site personnel, manage daily performance, resolve issues.
• Serve as primary contact with owners, design pros, staff, subs and regulators.
• Maintain strong client relationships and sponsor the project to ensure satisfaction.
