Job summary

Markent Personnel in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of market-rate multi-family housing projects. You will own projects from initial site setup through final close-out, managing multiple workstreams and maintaining strong relationships with clients, trades, and community stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM roles, a 4-year degree, and a portfolio of multi-family projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction with PM experience on multi-family housing.
• A 4-year degree or equivalent experience in PM roles.
• Portfolio of multi-family projects must be submitted.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; ability to learn Procore quickly.
• Strong reading of financial and legal documents; problem solving.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful, cost-effective execution of multi-family developments.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive construction schedules.
• Direct on-site personnel and resolve on-site issues.
• Communicate with owners, design professionals, staff, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and the public.
• Maintain top-tier client relationships and sponsor satisfaction.
