Job summary

Lennar in Riverside, CA is seeking a Construction Manager to plan, supervise, and coordinate all building activities for multi-family projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and zero-defect quality.

You will manage trade partners, maintain Procore/BuildPro/Hyphen workflows, review blueprints, adhere to codes, and coordinate inspections while safeguarding safety and quality. Join one of the nation’s leading homebuilders and drive excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years’ experience in project/construction management in multi-family construction.
• Strong knowledge of multi-family construction.
• Ability to read, understand, and implement adjustments to commercial architectural and structural blueprints, off-site improvement plans and soils reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily activities of trade partners to align with the project schedule and scope; inspect quality of work and approve payments.
• Maintain construction administration software (Procore, BuildPro or other) and ensure schedule reflects progress and completion dates.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable building codes and OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, securing occupancy certificates, and maintain related documentation.
• Maintain Stormwater Prevention Plan and environmental guidelines; protect Lennar property from weather, theft and damage.
• Provide trade partner feedback to leadership on quality, punctuality, and communication; cultivate reliable partners.
