Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in home building or construction.
• Experience in residential construction management.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to read blueprints and comply with building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing job sites, scheduling, and supervising trade partners to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Supervise pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall, and final presentations.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to support budget adherence.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals using Build Pro.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain safety logs and conduct on-site safety meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
